Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders. The estimated total delivery time (including order processing and transit) is as follows:

• Greece: 7-12 business days

• Europe: 8-14 business days

• International (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): 12-20 business days

2. Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its progress directly through our "Track Your Order" page using the provided tracking number.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our product prices include free shipping worldwide.For orders shipping to the European Union, VAT is totally free.However, depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, postal service delays, or peak holiday seasons.
